We pride ourselves on being a full service fitness centre.
 
We have a full cardio line up including ellipticals, rowers, crosstrainers, bikes and treadmills as well as free weights, a complete Nautilus circuit and stretching room equipped with resistance bands, medicine balls, kettlebells, BOSU, foam rollers and much more.
 
Group Fitness Classes
We offer a wide variety and full schedule of group fitness classes Monday through Saturday- this schedule is modified seasonally so keep an eye on it for changes.

Personal Training:
Personal training can assist you in setting your fitness goals, staying motivated and achieve ultimate results.
Personal training with TRX certified instructors NOW available!
 
Packages:
  • A certified personal trainer will introduce you to the fitness centre and show you how to safely set up the cardio and Nautilus weight machines. (Program Design not included) $45.00
  • Single Session:  1-on-1 session with a Certified Personal Trainer. A program will be designed personally for you based on your fitness and nutrition goals. $50.00
  • Package A:  4 1-on-1 sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer. Meet 1-2 times a week to kickstart your fitness routine or break that plateau! (Nutrition may be substituted for training) $180.00 - $45.00 per session.
  • Package B:  8 1-on-1 sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer. Stay on track with continued support and motivation from your trainer. Meet up to 2 times a week for 4 weeks and start transforming! $320.00 -$40.00/session.
  • Package C: 12 1-on-1 sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer. Guaranteed to keep you on track and motivated! Mix it up with training and nutrition for ultimate results! Great for an upcoming event or trip. $420.00 - $35.00 a session.
  • Ultimate:  20 1-on-1 sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer with no time commitment. Meet with your trainer as often as you like. Sessions may be substituted with Nutrition Counseling. $40.00 a session (must be paid in full).
