Meet the boss! Aron opened the fitness centre with his brother, Dr. Shawn Suprun in 2002 and has been in business ever since. After celebrating 15 years of healthy and successful business Aron now more than ever, recognizes the importance and demand for health and fitness in our community. He is constantly making new additions to the fitness centre, incorporating new equipment and adjusting our extensive group fitness schedule to accommodate all of our members.  Aron has been a personal trainer for over 15 years and has practical experience with injuries and rehabilitation.  He specializes in getting clients back on their feet and is passionate about returning them to a healthy life.
 
Ellen Coffey:
 
 
Ellen has been a part of our team as a group fitness instructor since May of 2008.
She is a retired Health Care Executive, specializing in Senior’s Health Care. Ellen is Can Fit Pro certified as a Fitness Instructor Specialist since 2008, Older Adult Fitness Specialist since 2008, Personal Training Specialist since 2009 and Nutrition and Wellness Specialist since 2010. Ellen is also a qualified Tabata Trainer as of 2012 and a TRX Level One Suspension Trainer as of 2013. Her qualifications speak volumes, stop in and try one of her great classes.

Amy has been a part of the Port Dover Health & Fitness Centre team since 2004. She is a Can Fit Pro certified Personal Training Specialist since 2010, and a TRX Level Two Suspension Trainer as of June 2013 with a speciality in Sport Medicine and Rehabilitative Modifications.  Amy is a certified Rock Tape Canada Doc.  She is also a Chiropractic Assistant with Dr. Shawn Suprun. Her interests are concentrated in rehabilitative exercise as well as preventative measures. When Amy isn't training clients, she's teaching classes.

Pam has been a part of our team here at Port Dover Health & Fitness Centre since 2006.  She enjoys talking to customers and clients about physical fitness and making them feel comfortable in the fitness centre.  She was certified as a Personal Training Specialist in 2005 and has a certification for Level One Resistance ball training.  She enjoys working out frequently and she enjoys  fishing with her family. You can find Pam behind the desk or teaching  a variety of classes 20/20/20 , TRX Fusion, Tabata & Body Mix.  She also teaches  our senior classes including Senior balance and Toning and Senior TRX.     
 
 
Lindsay Dwyne:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Lindsay has been teaching classes at our fitness centre since 2010. She has taught a wide variety over the years including; Kickboxing, Boot Camp, Ball Sculpt, Power Yoga, Pilates and Spinning. Her fitness interest include running, biking, paddle boarding and as of recently she has been training for obstacle course races. Lindsay is certified by Can Fit Pro since 1997 as a Fitness Instructor Specialist.
 
 
 
Stacey Bennett:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Stacey is a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer. In the past year she has taken a TRX certification as well as Can Fit Pro's Nutrition and Weightloss Specalist course. Stacey has taught a variety of classes including; out door Boot Camp, TRX, Tababta, Spinning, and Ball. Stacey loves spending time in the arena and dance studio with her two children, running obstacle races and boating with her family. In 2013 she organized two teams to run the Xtreme Challange for Duschennes Muscular Dystrophy, and hopes to do it again in the fall of 2014.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Meet Jess!
Jessica just joined the Port Dover Health & Fitness team in the summer of 2014. She graduated from Niagara College in 2013 from a 2 year Health & Fitness program. She is a certified personal trainer through Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. Jess is also a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer through Can Fit Pro. She loves being physically active whether its inside the fitness centre lifting weights or keeping fit outdoors. Jess says she's always up for a new challenge that will test her past her limits.
